We stand behind our work. If you are not satisfied with the results of your cleaning, please notify us within 7 days of service. We will return once at no charge to re-clean or retreat any areas of concern.
While we use professional-grade cleaning solutions and equipment, not all spots and stains can be removed. Factors such as the type of stain, how long it has been present, previous cleaning attempts, and the type of carpet or upholstery fibers may make some stains permanent.
Some stains may reappear after cleaning due to a process called wicking, where residue deep in the carpet backing rises to the surface as the carpet dries.
To ensure the efficiency of our scheduling, we have a minimum service fee.
This applies to all service calls, including spot treatments or additional visits after the courtesy return.
