Note: Please ensure access to the driveway near the front door is available for the work van.

Carpet Cleaning

Before We Arrive

  • Vacuum all areas to remove loose debris if possible. 
  • Remove small furniture and personal items (toys, décor, etc.).
  • If you choose to move large furniture that is flat to the floor without legs, It would have to stay out of the room until carpet is dry. 
  • Point out any problem areas (pet stains, high traffic lanes). Pet stains are an additional charge for treatment. 
  • Secure pets and ensure easy access to all cleaning areas. 

 

During Cleaning

  • We’ll pre-inspect and pre-treat all stains. 
  • Please keep pathways clear for equipment and hoses.

 

After Cleaning

  • Allow carpets 12–24 hours to dry (use fans if possible). 
  • Avoid walking on damp carpet. 
  • Return furniture once completely dry. 
  • Ask about optional stain protection or deodorizer treatments. 

Upholstery Cleaning

Before

  • Remove decorative pillows, throws, or covers. 
  • Inform us of any delicate or specialty fabrics. ( We will inspect the fabric before the cleaning ) 
  • Vacuum visible crumbs and debris. Remove any pens or items that are in the corner of the seats. 

 

During

  • We’ll test fabrics for colorfastness before cleaning. 
  • We will identify problem spots for targeted treatment.
  • We will identify any pre-existing damages or sun fading. 

 

After

  • Allow 12–24 hours drying time. 
  • Keep pets and family off furniture until fully dry. 
  • Consider adding fabric protection to extend life. 

Tile and Grout Cleaning

Before

  • Sweep or vacuum loose dirt. 
  • Remove floor mats or rugs. 
  • Move small furniture and objects from the area. 

 

During

  • We will pre-treat grout lines and scrub thoroughly. 
  • Expect some temporary moisture on grout lines after cleaning. 

 

After

  • Let floors dry completely before walking. 
  • Avoid mopping for 24 hours. 
  • Ask about grout sealing for longer protection.

Hardwood Floor Cleaning

Before

  • Remove dust and debris with a light sweep or vacuum. 
  • Move rugs, mats, and light furniture. 
  • Notify us of any waxed or oiled finishes. 

 

During

  • We use pH-balanced solutions safe for hardwood. 
  • Please avoid entering the area during treatment. 

 

After

  • Wait at least 1–2 hours before walking. 
  • Do not wet mop for 24 hours. 
  • Replace rugs/furniture once dry.
